All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak Halloween season (September-October), please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

🌍 Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide to bring Halloween magic everywhere! Please note we currently do not ship to Asia and select remote areas. If your location is unavailable at checkout, our shipping cauldron hasn’t yet mastered that particular teleportation spell!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be as happy with your costume as a ghost in a haunted house! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
⏰ Return Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
📝 Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your items:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We’ll send you detailed return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package Your Items:
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number
- Ship Your Return:
- Ship to: 3587 State Street, COLUMBUS, US 16405
- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend this for your protection)
- Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
💰 Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- ⏱️ Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items
- 💳 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- 📧 Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- 🔄 Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our spooky shoppers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Halloween Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used Halloween Lights
- Custom or Adaptive Halloween Costumes made to specific measurements
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’d be happy to help!
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
