Product Descriptions

We work harder than a ghost in a haunted house to ensure our product descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you faster than a bat out of hell and provide a full refund for that item.

Custom and Adaptive Costumes

Custom and adaptive Halloween costumes made to specific measurements cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days (up to 3 days during peak season)
• Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but orders already placed will be honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to bring Halloween magic to your doorstep:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping – Available on orders of $50 or more via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide, but our shipping cauldron hasn’t yet mastered teleportation to Asia and select remote areas. If your location is unavailable at checkout, we apologize for the limitation.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

To return items:

• Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
• We’ll send you detailed return instructions and a return authorization number
• Package items with all original tags and packaging
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number

• Use a trackable shipping method and include the return authorization number on the package

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

• We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our spooky shoppers, the following items cannot be returned:

• Halloween Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened or used Halloween Lights
• Custom or Adaptive Halloween Costumes made to specific measurements
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’d be happy to help!

• Exchanges follow the same process as returns
• We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
• If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
